WORKSHOP DESIGN
The workshop designed by us is for 15 participates to combine our existing design concepts into a system. We design and conduct the combining workshop and then analyze the videos we collect from the workshop to find potentials to improve the productivity and reduce transaction cost. Then we redesign the workshop and generate a template for combining workshop

WORKSHOP PLANNING

WORKSHOP PREPARATION

CONDUCTING WORKSHOP
We conducted the workshop with 15 participates, and facilitated the workshop. There are situations we didn't expect in the planning process, so we deleted and added certain activities on the go. The overall workshop is successful, but there are also broken points which attract our attentions. Analysis is needed to identify them systematically.
WORKSHOP
ANALYSIS
After conducting the workshop, we collected videos of the workshop. I analyzed the workshop through five elements and also the overall flow about how those elements interact with each other to produce outcome. After analyzing, there are insights and principles generated which can guide the redesign of our workshop.

WORKSHOP
REDESIGN
After analyzing the process of workshop conducted, I redesigned the workshop to improve the productivity and reduce transaction cost of participants by designing new tools which are not existing yet and reorganizing the flow of activities. After conducting the workshop, more details are added into the previous planners, for example, tools, participates, logistics, and ideas generated in each steps.
TEMPLATE
DESIGN
Because the field is still new and not a lot of existing knowledge available, I designed a template using knowledge generated from the workshop to help people to design a combining workshop.
